Блоки не ставятся, OP есть, как быть?

Во-первых, пишется извИните.
Во-вторых, после '!' не ставят '.'.
А в третьих, дай файл с правами.

Ок. Другие игроки могут ставить на незаприваченной территории? Подальше от спавна.
И проверьте-ка флаг "build" для того привата, где ставите блоки и для глобального региона "__global__".
