Помогите Настройка worldguard

Здравствуйте, помогите настроить World Guard в permission ex. Вроде настроил под WorldGuard и WorldEdit для users, но когда они создают регион то им пишет большое количество, то есть например создаю регион на 30 блоков и там пишет 30 из 0, хотя у админов всё нормально!

Можешь сказать что тут именно неправильно ?
