Это совсем разные плагины. Ты выложил конфиг с плагина на визуальную оболочку вокруг списка., а тебе надо плагин на префиксы. Попробуй простейший PermissionsExTabColors

Не работает префы не отображаются... проверил на игроке конфиг ниже
