Помогите Clearlug перестает работать после рестарта

    В логе момент запуска плагинов
    --
    При первом запуске clearlug замечательно запускается и работает, после рестарта слетает
    Закидываешь в plugins тот же clearlug.jar он снова запускается и работает до рестарта
    --
    Конфиг в UTF-8 без бум, был не такой, не помогло
