Помогите Игроки не могут заприватить больше 7 регионов

Поставил в конфиге Wg игрокам 3 рг, админам 5 и гл.админам 10 рг. Но гл.админ не может заприватить больше 7 регионов
Wg стоит версии 6.2.2
