Помогите Подключение плагина Towny (города) к базе данных

Проблема состоит в том что когда я указал в конфинге плагина все данные базы, запускаю сервер все с начало нормально, а потом куда ошибок льется в консоль, в базе смотрел создались таблицы тауни но они пустые, как можно вылечить понос плагина?

Подозреваю что нужно было импортировать в базу таблицы плагина но я их не нашел.

И есть ли смысл ставить привязывать его к мускулу? ( например в целях безопасности приваченых территорий )

 

Если только в целях безопасности, легче сделать авто-бекап
